## Caveats worth passing on

- Records carry a `verified` flag, true only where a source page confirming
  the key facts was actually loaded. Unverified records are published but marked.
- Fields that could not be verified are `null`, never estimated. Funding and
  pricing totals therefore understate reality.
- Event dates, prices and job titles decay quickly. Confirm against the
  organiser or vendor before relying on them.
