Datos licenses anonymized desktop and mobile clickstream datasets used for competitive intelligence, consumer behaviour research and search analytics. Semrush acquired a majority stake in December 2023 and began integrating the data into its products in 2024; terms were not disclosed.

Datos was founded in 2019 by Eli Goodman and is based in New York. It has since been acquired by Semrush.
