Google rolled out a product reviews update between 27 July and 2 August 2022, still limited to English-language content. It was the fastest product reviews rollout to that date. Google made no changes to its published reviewer guidance alongside it.

Rollout began 27 July 2022. Google declared it complete on 2 August 2022, 6 days later. Rankings typically remain unstable for the whole rollout window, so measurements taken inside it are not a reliable read on the outcome.
